3. Procedure

All candidates are to complete Veritas University online application form.
 (Those unable to complete the form, can do so at the venue of the screening)

4. Filling Veritas University On-line Form

i)  Click on Online Application Form at the left side panel under the Students Block and fill the Application Form free of charge
 
ii) You will need the following in filling the application form:
 (a)Your school certificate examination details (examination number and examination centre)
 (b) a digital (or scanned) passport picture of yourself which you will upload.
 (c) a valid e-mail address. (You are advised not to use a shared e-mail address or another person's e-mail address as Veritas University will communicate with your via e-mail)
      

5. Requirements for Screening

Candidates must come with the following:
I)     2010 JAMB examination result slip showing your photograph.
II)    Three (3) recent passport size photographs with your full names and JAMB registration number written on the reverse side of the photograph.
III)    HB pencil, eraser and ball point pen (Biro)
IV)  A letter from your sponsor undertaking to pay your fees. The letter should carry his/her full address, phone number and e-mail address where possible.
V)   A reference letter from a clergyman vouching for your character

6. Screening

 i)     Screening starts at 10 am prompt in the University Auditorium
 
ii)    There will be written and oral tests in the candidate's subject area.
 
iii)   Results of the screening exercise will be issued the same day after the exercise.
