As the Dean of this Faculty, it is my privilege to welcome you to a community of dedicated educators, talented students, and innovative researchers. At Veritas University, we provide a unique learning environment that combines rigorous engineering education with strong moral, ethical, and professional values rooted in the University's Catholic identity.

In today's rapidly evolving world, driven by advancements in automation, artificial intelligence, and sustainable technologies, there is an increasing demand for engineers who are not only technically competent but also socially responsible. Our goal is to produce graduates who possess the knowledge, skills, and integrity to provide innovative solutions to local and global challenges.

The Faculty is committed to providing an environment that promotes creativity, critical thinking, innovation, and hands-on learning. Our programmes are designed in line with the National Universities Commission (NUC) curriculum and the standards of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), ensuring that our graduates are well prepared for professional practice.

Students benefit from modern laboratories and workshops that provide practical experience, while our highly qualified academic staff offer mentorship and guidance throughout their academic journey. Beyond technical competence, we emphasize character development, teamwork, leadership, and entrepreneurship, preparing our graduates to excel professionally and contribute meaningfully to society.

The Faculty currently offers fully accredited undergraduate programmes in Computer Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering, with plans to introduce Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Mechatronics Engineering in the near future. We are also expanding our postgraduate offerings to include Postgraduate Diploma (PGD), Master of Engineering (M.Eng.), Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.), Master of Engineering Management (M.E.M.), and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) programmes.
